Your new role
You will be subject to job rotation across various HR Officer roles within the HR Centres of Excellence and will assist in the operational delivery of a range of HR services including Employment Relations, Attendance Management, Recruitment & Selection, HR Policy & Industrial Relations, and Learning & Development. You will assist in the operational delivery of a range of HR services associated with each department while assigned to it.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 year's recent, relevant experience as a practitioner in a HR operational or policy role. Relevant experience will be interpreted as experience as a practitioner in at least 2 of the areas mentioned above, You will also have a Professional membership of CIPD Level 5 and above and a foundation degree or qualification of equivalent or higher level in Human Resource Management.
