Hays HR is currently working on behalf of an organisation based in Northern Ireland in their search for a HR Business Partner. This organisation has gone from strength-to-strength in recent years and this human resources job will see you partner the senior management team on a permanent basis. This dynamic organisation has developed into a market-leader within its field and as a result, this role will provide you with the perfect opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the HR function with an organisation that still has its best years ahead of it.
Your new role
As the new HR Business Partner for this organisation you will work alongside a highly professional HR team operating in a fast-paced but rewarding environment. Reporting into the HR Director you will be given the unique chance to help with the delivery of vital change projects that will have a real impact on the business and its employees. Furthermore, whilst acting as the HR Business Partner you will liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that the HR function meets the requirements of the organisation. You will also assist the HR team as they seek to champion the full remit of HR in the years to come. As this organisation is seeking to radically transform the HR function, you will take the lead in re-vamping the HR Information System.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-3 years experience operating in a similar working environment.
- High level of proficiency with bespoke HR systems
- Being CIPD qualified is not essential but highly desirable
- Excellent team-work and relationship building skills
