Your new role
As the new HR Business Partner you will report into the Group HR Manager and act as a key member of the wider HR team. Operating as the main point of contact for staff on a global scale you will need to compete with a number of tight deadlines. Moreover, you will have full operational responsibility for all core people issues for various sites across Ireland and the UK. Supporting senior leadership with strategic people matters, you will also influence projects to ensure that the organisation continues to champion the HR function int he new world of work.
What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate you will
- 2-3 Years HR experience at Senior Advisor/Generalist level
- Be a member of the CIPD
- Strong and effective communicator
- Ability to meant tight deadlines
- Experienced in HR in a similar fast-paced environment
