This organisation is seeking an ER Specialist to join them and act as the main point of contact for the employee relations function in Northern Ireland. This Human Resources job will see you work for one of Ireland's most prestigious employers who place employee welfare at the heart of everything they do.
Your new role
As the new ER Specialist for Northern Ireland you will be responsible for ensuring that both the organisation and staff are given the best possible advice & guidance for employee relations matters. You will support the organisation implement staff forums to ensure that employee voices are heard. Furthermore you will deal with a caseload which will require you to respond to tight deadlines on a regular basis.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 Year's experience in Employee Relations, in similar organisation size
- CIPD Qualification or relevant working experience, Certificate in Employee Relations / Employment Law (Desirable)
- Previous experience in managing union relationships and demonstrate good awareness of HR legislation, HR policies and application
