Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting for a permanent Assistant Human Resources manager for our client in Belfast
The ideal candidate will form part of the HR department and be a point of contact for all HR related queries and assisting in the everyday duties involved with Human Resources. You will report to the HR Manager.
*Administrative duties to include, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, franking mail, answering phone, diary mgt, calendar mgt, issuing letters, maintain disciplinary records, maintain training records, minute taking.
*Assisting in the recruiting and selection process, dealing with response, processing applications, identification, shortlisting, interviewing, screening, offer/regrets.
*Conduct induction training.
*Assisting and liaising with recruitment agencies.
*Monitor Probationary Reviews.
*Assist with Compliance Audits.
*Assisting with disciplinary matters, grievance matters, taking minutes.
*Assist in the Management/control of RTA`s via Crash Services and internal disciplinary avenue.
*Ensuring absenteeism and absence is monitored and controlled.
*Assist with departmental savings and cost reduction.
*Assist HR Manger in deliverance of training/refresher training of all employees.
*Liaise with Peninsula Employment Law for Guidance.
*Completion of monitoring reports to be compiled for the Equality Commission.
*Updating and maintaining employee details within the company NTD system, EG etc.
*Liaising with external bodies, to include Peninsula, Solicitors, Labour Relations Agency and various Recruitment Agencies
The perfect candidate will have relevant previous experience working within a Human Resources environment, working towards a CIPD qualification. You will have experience in the process of TUPE, redundancy and Accreditation Audits e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 18001
The Salary for this role will be c£18,000
