This business are a multi-disciplinary property and infrastructure business with offices throughout the UK. They work with public and private sector clients throughout the UK to design, build and maintain infrastructure assets. The Belfast office are in a period of sustained growth increasing their headcount significantly over the last 2-years. This growth has created opportunities to establish new teams within the office to offer a wider range of technical expertise to their increasing client base. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager.
Your new role
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will report to one of the Senior Project Managers and will work on a diverse range of schemes across the water and utility sectors. You will coordinate feasibility studies, design, planning, procurement and undertake construction stage project management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have a minimum of 3-years post-graduate experience within the design and project management of water and wastewater projects. Experience of NEC3 Project Management, Programming and MapInfo / GIS is preferred.
