Customer Success / Customer Relationship Specialist’s (EMEA)
Do you want to be part of a brand-new team, building relationships with and supporting clients across EMEA?
This role is with a Global network systems, services, and software provider, who counts over half of the tech Global 100 as clients.
You will have used these companies’ products, but just not been aware of it!
This new team will support clients post-sales – so there is no sales aspect to this role.
It will be challenging and varied, but you will get to build a relationship with your clients as you are assigned clients as opposed to reacting only to more random queries.
We have worked with this client for some time and they have a fantastic culture. During this time, we have seen a lot of promotions, so we can easily say that this is an environment that offers employees the ability to progress.
