Brook Street (UK) Limited is delighted to be currently recruiting a Customer Service Desk Administrator on behalf of our client in North Belfast.
Our client has a very busy office and they now require a service desk administrator as they are growing and expanding.
The candidate hired will be responsible for dealing with incoming customer queries via telephone and also on email from the Service Desk, you would also responsible for providing excellent customer service to their clients customer base in dealing and processing their queries and work requests.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience dealing with customers on the telephone and as you will be working in a busy office environment and you should be able to multitask.
Duties will include:
*Receiving inbound calls from customers
* Calling customers back to respond to queries received via email
* Processing work requests and arranging engineer appointments
* Processing invoices, sending these to customers
* Liaising with engineering staff and customers
* Organising and scheduling site visits by our engineers
* 2 year`s experience is desirable in working in a similar job role
* Strong Microsoft office skills
* Have a great eye for detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Team player- flexible work attitude
Salary starts on £16,500 plus £50 per month KPI bonus
