We have a fantastic opportunity for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our Client based in Belfast City Centre. An exciting and dynamic place to work, our client specialises in providing customer contact services primarily for utilities and public sector organisations.
Hours of work: Although our client's offices are open between the hours of 7.45am and 9pm Monday to Sunday, they are flexible and will try and accommodate you as much as possible. Candidates will be working on a rotational shift pattern to include only one weekend shift (either a Saturday or Sunday) every 3 weeks and only one 1pm to 9pm shift once a week when required.
Duration: Temporary with the opportunity to apply for permanent vacancies
Location: Belfast City Centre - 5 minute walk from Great Victoria Street Bus and Train Station
Rate of Pay: £7.83 for normal shift hours, £11.75 per hour for all hours worked extra. £15.66 per hour paid for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, plus bonus
Holidays: 28 days per annum pro rata
Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they meet the following essential criteria:
- Experience of using IT systems and packages including MS Word and Excel
- Customer Service to include; call centre, retail, hospitality or sales roles
- An effective relationship builder - someone who can quickly establish rapport with people
- A strong team player who strives to achieve team as well as individual targets
