MCS Group is excited to bring a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join Translink and add unique projects to their career.
You will manage and coordinate soft Facility Management services across the Translink Group of companies.
The role combines both strategy and operations elements.
- Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of facilities management services (soft) across the Translink Group Estate including, cleaning services, specialist, cleaning, window cleaning, cleaning consumables, pest control, washroom services, winter gritting and snow clearance
- Lead, understand, manage and ensure that Translink Facilities Management Services (Soft) contract requirements, scope of works, Service Level Agreement's (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicator's (KPl's) are delivered on time, cost and quality
- Minimum of 3 years experience of managing multi-site FM contracts
- Membership or ability to achieve membership of BICSc or BIFM / IWFM
