Hays NI are representing a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering & Utilities company who require a Site Manager to oversee and supervise the daily schedules onsite. Your new role
Due to continuous growth in the market, the company require an experienced Site Manager to oversee and communicate with site teams in order to meet client objectives. As Site Manager you must have previous experience of working on Civils & Utilities projects. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently in terms of the Civils and Utilities programme. An experienced Site Manager who has delivered high value projects throughout their career on complex Civils and Utilities projects will excel in this position.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position, you will be able to meet targets within time and budget whilst upholding the highest standards of health & safety. An established background in overseeing site teams, particularly on civils and utilities projects, is essential in order to drive the project forward and deliver to schedule. This role will be based across mainland UK & NI and travel will be required to fulfil the needs of the projects. You must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.
