A leading name in NI's Flood & Fire damage repair sector are currently looking for a Restoration Technician to join their insurance response team, on a full-time/direct basis. Based in Belfast, this organisation help home and business owners across the province to successfully bounce back after disasters affect their properties. Your new role
In your new position as Restoration Technician, you will be the first on most jobs and therefore your job is often the most important - especially when it comes to dealing with property-owners / clients in a friendly and professional way, due to it being an especially hard time for most (ie. after a flood or fire).
Your duties will include*;
- Specialist cleaning of property and items affected by damage
- Completing damp surveys and reports
- Working to deadlines to swiftly complete assignments and projects
- Receive instructions for day's jobs and arrange all aspects to enable completion.
- Drive company vans or larger hire vans daily

What you'll need to succeed
A valid CSR Card and full UK driving licence are essential for this role, you should have a background and experience in cleaning or labouring, and be as able to work independently as you are part of a larger team. You must have good initiative and problem solving skills, as this challenging role covers many different tasks and best suits someone who is capable of thinking on their feet.
