Top Tier Contractor Large Bespoke Building Project No UK Travel

Hays are working in partnership with a Top Tier Contractor in their recruitment of a Project Quantity Surveyor for Belfast City Centre. This contractor has delivered a range of large scale building projects across the UK and Ireland up to £100m. They have recently secured a £50m project in Belfast City Centre and require a Project Quantity Surveyor.

Your new role
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be based full-time on site in Belfast City Centre. Working closely with the Operational Team you will be tasked with the cost management of all sub-contractors packages and ensuring this D&B project is delivered on programme.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor and have a minimum of 5 years experience with a main contractor on a building project. Due to the bespoke nature of the project you must excel at keeping accurate reports and be adaptable to cope with changes on design.
