Top 5 M&E Contractor with strong reputation for delivering 1st class quality M&E installations across Health, Education, Industrial, Leisure and Commercial projects. Due to continued success, this contractor are seeking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee UK projects.

Your new role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of large-scale mechanical installation contracts. You will cover a variety of duties including estimating, health and safety, procurement and liaise with subcontractors on site. Monitoring programmes and reporting progress to main contractor/client. The role will involve some UK travel which will typically be 2 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role, having previously managed mechanical contracts to the value of £1M+. You will be a fully qualified HVAC Engineer or have an HNC or higher in a related Mechanical Engineering/Building Services discipline.
