One of UK's leading provider of Mechanical & Electrical installation and service solutions are seeking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team in Belfast. Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will ensure that each contract is run efficiently and profitably, in line with client expectations. This will involve the day-to-day management of mechanical, HVAC and building services projects with direct responsibility for contract delivery planning, programming of works, carrying out site meetings, procurement of labour and materials, and project handover. Due to location of projects, this role will involve regular UK travel.

What you'll need to succeed
From a Mechanical background either time served Plumber/Pipefitter or with an HNC+ qualification in a Building Services discipline you will have good knowledge of HVAC installation. The successful candidate will have commercial awareness and previous experience working in a supervisory/management capacity on large mechanical projects.
