An established and reputable Utilities & Civils contractor who specialise in works across Northern Ireland currently require a Civils Supervisor to join their team. Work will be based solely in Northern Ireland covering specific geographical patch and will see you carry out several supervisory responsibilities within the utilities sector. Contracts and clients, you will work with include Northern Ireland Electricity and Telecoms providers. Your new employer offers a long term stable working environment based in Northern Ireland. Your new role

Operating as a Civils Supervisor your role will offer a rewarding and varied set of responsibilities. With ongoing works including supervising multiple labour crews, organising & programming ongoing workloads as well as liaising with various statutory bodies in the process. Projects will involve schemes that will vary in value as well as long term continued work with Northern Ireland's largest Frameworks. This role is designed to develop your skill set and ensure you naturally progress

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will ideally hold an engineering related degree or have some experience within the construction, civils or utilities sector. You will also have the following key attributes; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Excellent communication skills, written and oral Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Customer focused with a proven track record for delivering results to a tight time frame.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and have experience in working to KPIs
Flexibility to travel throughout N.Ireland and a full Driving Licence
