Building Surveyor required on a short-term basis by a Housing Association in Belfast

Your new company
The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a Belfast based Housing Association, to recruit a Building Surveyor on a temporary contract basis for a period of 4-6 weeks.

Your new role
The organisation require support with planned maintenance, including the following key areas:

Ensuring a spreadsheet of compliance is prepared that can be checked against each week;
Preparing planned maintenance programmes e.g. boiler replacement schemes;
Inspection of voids;
Pre and post inspection of some maintenance works e.g. damp;
Keying on works orders;
Checking batch invoices for payment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a demonstrable track record with experience as outlined above which will enable you to work on your own initiative. Due to the short-term contract nature of this role, you should be readily available to commence.

Ideally you will have experience in the use of SDM Housing maintenance software.
