Your new role
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact in the organisation, you will be meeting and greeting visitors as they come in and making sure the reception area is kept clean and tidy. You will also be required to take on administration duties as required, these will include filing, photocopying, looking after petty cash and distributing post. You will also be involved in social media and updating the website.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have 5 GCSE's Grades A-C including English & Maths. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
