The Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) is a North/South Implementation Body. It is responsible for administering EU structural funds for the PEACE IV and INTERREG VA cross border programmes.
The SEUPB has entered an exciting and challenging phase in European funding as it oversees the implementation of the 2014 - 2020 PEACE IV and INTERREG VA Programmes, which have a combined value of over €550m. This funding will be used in support of innovative new projects that will help transform the lives of people living in Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and Western Scotland.
FINANCE MANAGER (Certifying Authority) (Belfast)
(Full Time - Fixed Term to cover a period of maternity leave)
Salary Scale: £36,812 - £40,473
To assist in the management of the Certifying Authority in the 2014 – 2020 programming period, ensuring efficient and effective financial management of programme cash-flow and to manage the Central Payments Unit, which makes grant payments to beneficiaries.
- A current member of one of the following (or equivalent): CAI, ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA, CIFPA, CIMA AND a minimum of 2 years’ Post Qualification financial management experience in the public, private, voluntary or community sectors, or in professional practice.
- A minimum of 5 years’ senior financial management experience in the public, private, voluntary or community sectors, or in professional practice.
