MCS Group are proudly working with one of Belfast's leading Accountancy Firms as they develop their Belfast based team. We are seeking experienced auditors to deliver auditing and quality review services to international clients remotely, on a part time basis.

Our client is currently developing their brand-new team of auditors to provide auditing and risk services to a wide range of international clients. The role will be solely based in based and can be tailored to 3 days a week as well as working from home options.
You will be responsible for leading your audit team through the audit process on behalf of international corporate clients. Your portfolio of clients will be highly varied and broaden your exposure to high profile corporate companies from a vast range of industries. As the successful audit manager, you will be communicating directly with clients, closely managing the relationship and delivering a bespoke, high-quality experience. You will be providing internal critical reviews focusing on: statutory accounts underlying audit; identifying audit risks; resolving and issues within the audits; reviewing GAAP reports and ensuring all audits are compliant with company policy and the audit committee. This role DOES NOT require any travel.
In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience at an assistant audit manager level, ideally you will already be working as an Audit Manager. As the successful audit manager, you will hold a recognised accountancy qualification, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar. You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of both UK GAAP and IFRS as well as thorough knowledge of international auditing standards. Ideally you will have experience within a risk management position.
