MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Payroll Specialist for our client based in Belfast on a full time, permanent basis.

Working closely alongside the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for processing full end to end payroll on a monthly basis for over 200 employees. As this role has been created to bring payroll in-house, it is a rare opportunity where you can implement new processes and progress rapidly within the company as it grows. Working on Sage Payroll, you will have strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislations.

Your New Job:

• Processing end to end payroll on a monthly basis
• Calculate net monthly salaries and associated taxes
• Calculation of annual bonus entitlements
• Submit statutory returns
• Collate payroll reports for management
• Processing new starts
• Working with a continuous improvement mindset

What you need to succeed:

• Have experience processing end to end payroll in a fast paced environment
• Maintain a strong understanding of government payroll laws and regulations
• Advanced Excel skills
• A team player who works well in a collaborative environment
• Focused on delivering results
