Your new role
This role will be an integral part of the senior management team managing a team of accounting professional to control the whole P+L for a large group of companies. You will have a clear program for change and improvement of systems that will need to be driven along side the business as usual. Delivering a full programme of budgets, forecasts and developing the teams career paths.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with significant experience. This experience will have come from a large and dynamic business where you would have had full ownership of the processes. You will have worked in a role with multiple demands that happen concurrently and would have developed the ability to deliver on all. You will have the experience and capability to develop a team and grow peoples ability and skills. You would have managed and worked through a variety of activities to improve systems, processes and been involved in large scale change.
