You will work in a highly respected firm, with a wide client base. They provide expert service and support to a wide list of clients, including small companies up to much larger private limited companies, including legal companies and supplementing other accountancy practices. Your new role
You will work in a senior accounts role working in the preparation of accounts, tax, bookkeeping, VAT and wide ranging general accountancy practice responsibilities for a mid-size accountancy firm. You will be working to grow and maintain client relationships with a varying size of client, from law firms to small sole traders. Preparing accounts/financial statements using manual records or from accountancy systems like Sage and preparing and reconciling the following:
- bank accounts
- loan accounts
- cash account
- trade debtors
- trade creditors
- Hire purchase/lease liabilities
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a part qualified accountant, however a strong qualified by experience accounts technician will also be considered. You will also need to have a practice background with the ability to work in a high performance environment dealing with many clients simultaneously.
