Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting on behalf of a well established accountancy practice in Belfast for the role of practice manager. This role has excellent opportunity for progression and will involve direct involvement with senior management.


Your new role

You will oversee the function of the accounting team and ensure deadlines and quality are met.
You will oversee the process of audits, making recommendations on policies and ensuring that the organisation fulfils governmental obligations of compliance. You will conduct investigations on irregularities and errors. You will mentor and coach junior staff and review work produced. You will work closely with senior management to implement process or procedure change.


What you'll need to succeed
Relevant Qualification ACA/ACCA

Previous management experience

Self starter, capable of working on own initiative.
