Your new role
Working in a busy finance team, you'll provide leadership for the management, cost accounting and payroll departments. You'll manage a standard costing system, report on material and labour variances, produce management accounts and analysis in line with head office deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to the senior management team to enable them to make informed business decisions. What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a fully qualified accountant with extremely strong commercial and analytical skills. You'll have demonstrable experience of reporting, analysing and reviewing forecasts, actuals and budgets with stakeholders across a sizeable commercial organisation. You'll have a continuous improvement mindset, have a track record in presenting complex scenarios in detail and at a high level to non-finance colleagues, be able to work under pressure to deadlines and have a flexible "can do" outlook. You will also have advanced MS Excel skills and be comfortable with ERP systems.
