Hays have been exclusively retained to recruit a Finance Manager for a small, yet ambitious and growth organisation. A growing and modern consultancy business, our client is growing their portfolio of customers and have started working internationally. The business has a pioneering spirit and a desire to innovate their offerings.

Your new role
As Finance Manager you will be working with the business owners to help drive the growth of the business. You will have full responsibility the Finance department. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the efficiency of the department. The role will suit an experienced finance professional, or a qualified accountant who is ambitious to growth into a senior position. The role will have full responsibility for the group finances. You will have the responsibility to prepare budgets and forecasts and monthly management accounts to allow detailed analysis providing commercial insight and business improvements. You will lead the accounts payable and account receivable processes and prepare the payroll and expenses.

What you'll need to succeed
Working within a small business it is a big decision to bring a new member into the team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to hold a senior finance position in a growing organisation. You will be an experience Finance professional with similar experience or a Qualified Accountant with the right desires.
