We are currently working on behalf of a client based in Belfast to recruit a Finance Assistant to start immediately on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 2/3 months.
Your new role
Working within the existing team you will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
* To complete Finance administration tasks.
* To get purchase orders and payments approved for relevant offices.
* To pay suppliers/staff expenses
* To work with the offices to reduce debt.
What you'll need to succeed
You should possess a minimum of 1 years' relevant experience within an office environment along with experience of working with accounting packages. You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work in a logical fashion along with the ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently. You should be able to start a new role immediately.
