Your new role
The successful applicant will work alongside the company purchasing officer and be responsible for taking receipt of all invoices and goods received notes, checking and matching of same, organising the sign-off process for all invoices by managers, coding and data entry of invoices onto the purchase ledger system, answer all purchase ledger enquiries,post all cheque payments to the purchase ledger, and allocate payments to invoices.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a ledger of a minimum 150 invoices weekly and have a working knowledge of Sage line 50 and/or 200 as well as the ability to work independently.
