I am currently working on behalf of a well-established company based in Belfast to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 9 months.
Your new role
Working within the existing team you will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
- Reconciliation of daily cash transactions, resolving issues with the sales team.
- Receipt and allocate customer account payments.
- Receipt and allocate delivered cash transactions.
- Prepare lodgements for banking.
- Maintenance of cash book and petty cash book.
What you'll need to succeed
You should possess a minimum 2 years' experience in an account's environment along with excellent planning and organisation skills. You should be self-motivated, and able to work independently and possess strong attention to detail

This role offers an immediate start on a temporary contract basis with a reputable client based in Belfast for an initial period of 9 Months. This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week ideally suited to individuals looking flexibility in their work. You will be working in the office, with all guidelines regarding social distancing are in place, with the company also offering free onsite parking.
