Our client is a Newtownabbey based business currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their existing payroll team.
- Assist in production and processing of weekly and monthly payroll runs, producing reports, building journals, month end procedures, PAYE and Pension returns.
- Processing of new starters, including identity and eligibility checks, also processing of leavers and production of P45s.
- Previous experience of weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Particularly MS Excel at Moderate to Advanced skill level
- Experience of Sage 50 Payroll
- Experience of Import Templates and Data Import Procedures
- Knowledge or Experience of ROI Payroll Legislation
- Knowledge of Data Protection Legislation
In return you will be offered a challenging role with a salary of £18-20k depending on experience. Working hours are 9am – 5pm, and free parking is provided.
