Excellent new job opportunity for an experienced payroller to join a leading company in Belfast on a permanent basis.
A bit about the job
Working in a specialist payroll team, you'll be responsible for managing a large scale outsourced payroll and pension service. Work will involve inputting, checking and calculating payrolls, running BACs reports for clients, producing payroll reports and payslips, handling queries and escalating any problems to managers where required. You'll also process end of year returns, make sure all work is in compliance with legislation and handle queries with external stakeholders such as pension providers and the Inland Revenue.
Are you the payroller my client is looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience of processing payroll in an outsourced environment, have up to date knowledge of payroll legislation and will be IPP qualified. You must have GCSE English and Maths passes, have strong attention to detail, experience of dealing with clients and good MS Word and Excel. You will have strong communication skills, have the ability to remain calm under pressure and be a team player.
