Reporting & Control Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Client:

Abacus Careers are being exclusively retained by one of the Northern Ireland's leading firms (TOP 10) to recruit a Reporting & Control Analyst for their thriving business. Our client offices through the UK and Ireland and is keen to add this essential resource the team here in Belfast.

Role:

Working as a Reporting & Control Analyst you will be collaboratively working with the Business Improvement Manager to gain insightful and business critical data to support performance and capability within the operation

You will get the opportunity to work on a data sets in well in the millions and turn basic data into insightful information

Requirements:

Our client needs someone who has a love for Data and isn't put off my not knowing something but will go and figure it out - so in short, an inquisitive mindset

Ideally a qualification in a relevant discipline

Curious with the ability to proactively explore and resolve problems and an appreciation for data accuracy and presentation are also required

You will be an advanced user of Excel and familiar with power pivot, power queries, macros and vlookups.

Ideally you have Power BI and/or SQL knowledge but not a must - a willingness to learn is more important
