Role: Accounts Assistant
Maintain financial records
Provide administration services as required
Daily Accounts Assistant
Incoming cash, cheques and BACS payments:
Enter cheques and cash into Cash Received Book and post on system.
Check for payments by customers
Resolve customer account queries:
Disputed account queries to be resolved with the appropriate personnel.
Resolve supplier account queries
File and attach supplier invoices/credits to supplier statement
Skills: Accounts Assistant
You must have at least 1 years accounts experience working within a busy accounts office within industry
Have experience in invoicing and payments
Have experience using accounting software
Be able to work well within a team
Excellent financial knowledge
Salary will depend on experience and will be between £16k - £20k and will be discussed at interview stage.
