HR Manager - Belfast - Tech Organisation
MCS Group is incredibly excited to be partnering with an international technology organisation, that due to ongoing expansion, require a HR Manager to help push this expansion forward.
The is an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced, autonomous HR Professional to partner with a global team, with responsibility to develop the business locally.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager will have full responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all HR aspects for the Belfast operations function, working in partnership with a global HR team to ensure excellent service is provided to managers & employees at all times, in a consistent manner.
The successful HR Manager will work closely with various internal stakeholders throughout the global and local team as it expands, understanding current and future requirements regarding various HR issues, including recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for resource plans to ensure there is a steady pipeline of top talent, ensuring the employers brand is strong in a highly competitive market, attracting the best talent at all levels.
As the Belfast operation expands, the HR Manager will establish a positive working environment, contributing to an great culture, resulting in an engaged workforce. There will also be a number of projects for the successful candidate, both locally and globally, strategically pushing the busy forward. As the business looks ahead, the HR Manager will be incredibly important in the delivery of organisational change initiatives, driving a positive company culture across a range of teams.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for employee relations issues, including performance management processes, ensuring all issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The HR strategy will be very proactive, ensuring line management is upskilled to deal with employee relations issues at an early stage in the process.
The successful candidate will possess the following
- At least 5 years' experience at Manager level, with team management experience
- Change management experience
- Degree educated and CIPD qualified
- Experience in a technology organisation is highly desirable
