Our client, a leading European retailer are seeking to recruit Deputy Store Managers to work at their locations throughout Northern Ireland.Description:
Our client, a leading European retailer are seeking to recruit Deputy Store Managers to work at their locations throughout Northern Ireland.
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be:
Management of up to 10 staff
Setting rotas and managing store productivity targets
Responsibility for overall health & safety of store
Optimising store revenue
Carrying out various promotions in line with company standards
Skills:
Previous experience in a store management capacity in a retail environment
Knowledge of retailing industry
Attributes:
Ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
