Experiences are a rapidly growing organisation and are proud to own two large contact centres in Belfast and Ipswich.
We were founded by Steven Wells and Jon Garnham in February 2003. Starting in a back room of Steven's house, Experiences rapidly developed it's self into an effective small business. It secured recruitment contracts with British Gas and AIG and marketing contracts with G Black brokers, Telco Global communications, DDA Services and then EMCAS.
Within EMCAS, Steven and Jon discovered a team of people who were fully committed to delivering an ethical, profitable and much needed service to the general public. Shortly after signing the EMCAS contract the Directors made two key decisions. One was to purely concentrate on EMCAS's products and the second was to penetrate the market base on behalf of EMCAS via telephone marketing.
In October 2003 Experiences moved to its first 'commercial' office and employed its first two full time members of staff. By April 2004 Experiences had moved to Beacon House (its current home) with eight members of staff and since then has rapidly grown, taking on more and more space. In September 2009 our new and refurbished offices at Beacon House were opened by Sir Michael Lord MP. Our growth continued and in June of 2010 Experiences Connect opened a second site in the bustling city centre ofBelfast. A newly refurbished office complex has the capacity facilitating 60 Advisors and Support staff. We are also very proud to announce in January 2012 the opening of our new floor inBelfastgenerating a further 65+ jobs. By March 2012 we hope have to a headcount of 156 in our Belfast office alone, with a further 80+ staff based at the Ipswich site.
Currently Experiences and EMCAS equates to an estimated 70% of some product areas within financial claims; a statistic that most companies are envious of and makes us undoubtedly the leading financial claims group in theUK.
Since our creation Experiences has been recognised as a progressive organisation and has had a great working relationship with the media resulting in many articles being written and broadcast about us both within local and national press.
Our two Directors have also had their achievements recognised and have both appeared in the 'Who's Who' directory forBritain's Business Elite for 2009 and 2010.
Whilst our business is successful, we all recognise that it is the people within the business that make it a success. The company takes great pride in both its history and the people that have created it. You will be contributing to the next chapter of this on going success story.
We are a dedicated team working in partnership to ensure that compensation and the refund of monies is achieved for people who have faced inappropriate or incorrect actions from financial and insurance companies.
We are here to help. Unlike many organisations, we do not believe that an impersonal service over the web is suitable when dealing with clients who are all individuals and have many varying personal circumstances.
This is why we always speak one to one with our clients. We operate on a true no win, no fee basis. We strongly believe that there should be no financial risk for our clients and that is why we only make our charge once compensation or the refund of charges has been achieved.
As an organisation we truly believe in transparency and accountability. This is not only for the clients benefit but our employees as well.
