As a Key Account Support Executive, you will be the main customer support contact for a number of Dale Farm’s key accounts ensuring that all delivery requirements, new product launches, product packaging changes and customer queries are satisfied. As part of a larger team, you will be central in co-ordinating the supply chain between production, distribution and field sales personnel to ensure that our service reputation is exceeded.
You will be a confident individual with strong interpersonal skills to develop first rate customer relationships and excellent administrative skills to deliver a professional service in a busy environment. Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in a similar customer service role or be a recent graduate who can demonstrate some relevant experience gained in a customer service role. You must be computer literate and possess the ability to resolve queries in a logical manner.
